I have been a avid toy collector since my youngling years, when my family thought I was strange to keep boxes of items I played with. The truth is, I enjoyed looking at the artwork or photos on the box, and very glad I followed my instincts. Being a child of the 70’s and 80’s exposed me to some amazing toy lines in their prime, like Mego, Big Jim, GI Joe, Star Wars, and I collect them all.

When I started this, I knew very little about building a website. Much like the rest of the world, I found myself with some extra time on my hands when the COVID outbreak began in 2020. My dream had always been to open a vintage toy store, but realized that probably wasn’t going to happen. So, I began searching for other ways to contribute to this amazing hobby that I love so much. I settled on this website, which is geared to sharing the knowledge I have accumulated over many years in this hobby, and helping other collectors.

About The Site

There are certainly many amazing websites on the internet nowadays, dedicated to various franchises and brands that deal with toys and action figures. I could make a list of several incredible and informative sites, but finding one site that covers ALL of the big brands and toy franchises is a completely different story. This is why I chose to create this site, to give collectors a place to go and find information about ALL the brands they love and collect. Also, every toy site on the web that claims to be a “price guide”, is anything but that. They are just links to actual auctions, and don’t really tell you what an item might be worth. This is another big reason I started this site, so I truly hope you find it informative and helpful.

To begin the site, I went with what I grew up collecting, but trust me, I am FAR from finished. I will be continually adding new brands to the site, such as Marvel, DC, Power Rangers, Silver Hawks, Jurassic Park, Micronauts, Battlestar Galactica, Universal Monsters, and so much more. So if you like what you see, please come back again and again, and tell your friends about me. I promise to continually work hard to make this site among the very best for toy collecting on the internet.
